Job Description

•Manage cross-border freight movement between India and Singapore.

•Oversee shipping processes for parcels, air cargo, courier bags, and bulk shipments.

•Prepare and verify shipping documents, customs forms, and clearance files.

•Coordinate with Indian courier partners for upstream pickup, sorting, and export.

•Monitor tracking systems, update shipment statuses, and resolve operational issues.

•Plan optimal routing for courier shipments and cross-border cargo.

•Ensure shipments meet regulatory requirements for both Singapore and India.

•Handle last-mile delivery coordination in Singapore.

•Build strong partnerships with courier vendors, consolidators, and freight handlers.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.


• 
  Good command of English (spoken and written) is required
  


• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or cross-border shipping


• Experience in customs documentation, import/export compliance, and shipment clearance.


• Basic understanding of Singapore and India import/export regulations.


• Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with courier partners and vendors.


• 
  Proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure shipments meet all regulatory requirements.


• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, APICS/CPIM, IATA cargo certification) strengthen the application (Preferably)
