Scope
Digital Marketing Support
Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as:
LinkedIn
Google Ads
YouTube
Social media channels
Support content publishing across digital platforms including website updates, blog posts, and social media.
Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and newsletter distributions.
Support webinar promotions, online campaigns, and event marketing activities.
Monitor campaign responses and help track marketing performance metrics.
Customer Enquiry & Lead Management
Manage inbound enquiries received through:
Company website forms
WhatsApp and messaging platforms
Email enquiries
Social media messages
E-commerce platform enquiries
Ensure all enquiries are acknowledged and responded to promptly.
Qualify incoming enquiries and route them to the appropriate sales or business development teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads and enquiries within the CRM system.
Follow up on enquiries where required to ensure timely responses.
CRM & Customer Data Management
Maintain and update lead and customer information within the CRM platform.
Track enquiry sources and assist in identifying which marketing channels are generating leads.
Support marketing and sales teams in maintaining accurate lead tracking and reporting.
Assist in maintaining marketing databases and contact lists.
Issue costing sheet
E-Commerce Support
Assist with enquiries and order-related questions from customers using the company’s e-commerce platform.
Help monitor online product listings and report any issues related to product information or ordering.
Support marketing campaigns that drive traffic to the e-commerce platform.
Requirement
Experience
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, customer service, or marketing support roles.
Experience handling online enquiries or managing customer communications is an advantage.
Experience working with CRM platforms or digital marketing tools is beneficial.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with digital platforms such as:
Social Media – LinkedIn, Meta, Tiktok, Youtube
Google Ads or digital advertising platforms
CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Website CMS and e-commerce platforms
Comfortable working with digital communication tools and marketing dashboards.
Key Attributes
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Responsive and capable of managing multiple enquiries simultaneously.
Ability to work closely with marketing and sales teams.
Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of AI and generative search optimization is highly advantageous.

Location: Woodlands Close (Singapore - Near Admiralty MRT)
5 days of Work (Monday – Friday 9 am to 6 pm)
Salary Range: $2,500–$4,000
