About the Role
Estalife is a direct-to-consumer supplement brand backed by Singapore’s Largest NSF GMP Certified Supplements Factory. We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about health and wellness to be the face of Estalife at our factory office. This isn’t a traditional front-desk role — you’ll be the first person customers meet and a key driver of walk-in and recovered sales.
You’ll split your time between serving walk-in customers, handling online customer enquiries, recovering abandoned carts by phone, and supporting day-to-day admin. The role suits someone who’s personable, self-directed, and comfortable switching between tasks throughout the day.
Additional OT and other support role activities are available, with opportunities to upskill.
What You’ll Do
Walk-In Sales & Customer Experience
• Welcome walk-in customers at our factory office and provide a warm, knowledgeable shopping experience
• Learn and confidently recommend Estalife’s full product range — understand the ingredients, the science behind them, and who they’re best suited for
• Help customers complete purchases on our mobile ordering system
• Upsell and cross-sell where it genuinely benefits the customer (you earn 2% commission on every sale you close)
Abandoned Cart Recovery
• Follow up with customers who abandoned their cart at checkout — reach out by phone to understand their hesitation and help them complete their order
• Track and log recovery efforts and outcomes
• Earn 2% commission on every recovered order you convert
Online Customer Service
• Respond to customer enquiries across our online channels (chat, email, social media DMs) during downtime between walk-ins
• Handle order-related queries, product questions, and basic troubleshooting with care and product knowledge
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team member
Admin & Operations Support
• Keep the reception and customer-facing area clean, organised, and well-stocked with product displays
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed (data entry, filing, inventory counts, scheduling)
• Support ad-hoc operational needs at the factory office
Who You Are
• Genuinely interested in health, wellness, or nutrition — you don’t need a science degree, but you should enjoy learning about supplements and be able to explain them simply
• Warm, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers of all ages
• Self-directed — you can manage your own time between walk-ins, online CS, admin, and outbound calls without constant supervision
• Comfortable with basic technology: mobile ordering systems, CRM tools, chat platforms, and spreadsheets
• Fluent in English; conversational Mandarin is a strong plus given our customer base
• Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or a front-facing role is preferred but not required — the right attitude matters more
Nice to Have
• Experience in health, wellness, beauty, or supplement retail
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
• Experience with outbound sales calls or cart recovery
