đź•›Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
*Saturday/PH: 9:00am to 3:00pm (rostered, when needed)
đź’°Salary: $3000- $3600 per month + Bonus
Job scope
Process high-volume quotations and sales orders accurately within service level targets.
Verify customer orders and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, part numbers, and delivery details.
Manage order acknowledgements, updates, and follow-ups throughout the order fulfilment process.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, web chat, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, lead times, order status, and deliveries.
Handle customer claims and coordinate investigations to resolve order-related issues promptly.
Liaise with Sales, Logistics, Product Management, Suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Coordinate delivery schedules, lead-time updates, and order changes to meet customer requirements.
Promote the company's e-commerce platform and support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer and order records while performing general administrative and customer operations duties
Requirement
Min Diploma
Min 2 year of experience in Customer service, order processing, sales coordination or related customer support role
Comfortable handling high transaction volumes and working within service level targets
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling transactions and data.
