Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily customer operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for B2B or B2C clients in the fresh food sector.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to coordinate deliveries and manage inventory effectively.
Develop and implement operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
3–7 years of operational experience in the fresh food industry, with a strong understanding of supply chain and customer service dynamics.
Experience in managing customer relationships and resolving operational issues.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control standards.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
