Customer Orders Coordinator (Medical Device) #V

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify purchase order (PO) pricing and enter sales orders into SAP or Oracle systems

• Process, track, and monitor customer orders with accuracy and efficiency

• Review and update daily backlog reports

• Communicate closely with:

  • Customer Service team

  • Procurement team

  • Warehouse team
    to ensure accurate shipment status

• Coordinate with inbound and outbound teams to manage and meet customer expectations

• Liaise with Finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email

• Work closely with the Sales team to:

  • Support customer satisfaction

  • Strengthen ongoing business relationships

• Attend to customer calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification with 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in the medical device industry)

• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle systems for order entry and processing

• Strong attention to detail in pricing verification and order management

• Experience in order processing, tracking, and shipment coordination is preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to respond to customer inquiries professionally and maintain strong relationships
