Description
Assist in planning, executing, and optimising membership lifecycle campaigns and automated journeys to drive acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, and reactivation while achieving CRM KPIs.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including requirement gathering, audience segmentation, data extraction, system setup, deployment (EDM/SMS), and post-campaign performance tracking.
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness; conduct testing on subject lines, content, timing, and frequency to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
Develop and deliver dynamic, personalised, and channel-appropriate content that resonates with target member segments and enhances customer loyalty.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen CRM platform capabilities, address membership-related feedback, and support ongoing marketing and ad-hoc initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing
2 years of experience in CRM, data analysis, or customer behaviour within FMCG, retail, or luxury industry.
Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP); hands-on experience executing EDM and SMS campaigns is preferred.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign) and basic HTML knowledge will be considered an advantage.
