We are looking for a proactive, organised and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Customer Relations & Marketing Executive.
This role focuses on managing customer enquiries, follow-ups and supporting marketing campaigns to convert potential enquiries into appointments.
The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, works efficiently with digital tools, and takes initiative to ensure no potential client is missed.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Enquiries & Follow-ups
* Handle customer enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google
* Follow up with potential clients who have previously enquired but have not yet booked
* Maintain a clear system to track and manage customer leads
* Ensure timely responses and reminders to maximise booking conversion

Client Experience & Appointment Coordination
* Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling
* Send reminders and follow up on client feedback
* Maintain customer records and service history
* Assist artists in retrieving relevant customer records when required

Marketing Content & Social Media Support
* Assist in posting photos and videos on social media platforms
* Support basic photo editing and short-form video creation
* Coordinate with the team to prepare marketing materials and promotional content
* Monitor enquiries and responses from social media platforms

Marketing Campaign Support
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
* Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure smooth execution across platforms
* Monitor campaign responses and customer engagement
* Organise campaign leads and support follow-up to maximise conversion

Lead Management & System Improvement
* Organise and categorise leads from Facebook, Instagram and other platforms
* Develop and maintain a follow-up system to ensure no potential client is missed
* Track enquiry sources and assist in analysing marketing performance

Requirements
* Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
* Experience in beauty, aesthetics, customer service or marketing is preferred
* Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
* Able to multitask and manage enquiries efficiently
* Comfortable interacting with customers and building rapport
* Self-motivated and able to work independently

Technical & Software Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and organisation
* Familiar with Facebook Meta Business Suite and social media management tools
* Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop or similar photo editing software
* Comfortable using various online tools and digital platforms
* Highly software-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly

Preferred Experience
* Experience in beauty, aesthetics, social media marketing or customer engagement will be an advantage
* Experience handling online enquiries and customer follow-ups is preferred
