Description
Provide exceptional customer service for logistics clients, handling compensation claims and ticket inquiries. 12-month contract role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle close logistics complaint tickets within the ticket system
Identify opportunities to improve the on-time resolution rate and accuracy rate of tickets.
Checking and align monthly compensation bills with logistics service provider.
Qualifications:
Have more than 2 years of working experience as customer service
Degree Holder
Meticulous, organised and eager to learn
Skilled in using Excel
Prior experience in e-commerce customer service or logistics service providers is a preferred advantage
