Description
We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a CSR, you’ll be the voice of our brand, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer queries via different channels like email, instant messages, and phone.
Order & Return Assistance: Assist customers with their orders and returns enquiries.
Processing Returns: Compile returns and ensure refund are made promptly.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products to provide accurate information.
Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and with kindness
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by suggesting relevant products.
Order Processing: Handling customer orders from the point of sale to delivery. Preparing packing lists and shipping labels.
Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels using inventory management systems to ensure that products are in stock and available for shipment.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous customer service experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating e-commerce platforms and using customer service software.
Empathy: Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs.
Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues across departments.
