Customer Service Assistant cum Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, manage enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.

• Create and manage content for social media and marketing materials.

• Produce marketing videos (script, filming, editing).

• Monitor market trends and competitors.

• Coordinate influencer/KOL collaborations and campaigns.

• Support internal teams and ad-hoc marketing projects.

Job Requirements:

• ⁠Diploma in Marketing or related field with at least 1 year of experience (Entry-level candidates are welcome).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, InShot, CapCut, and similar editing tools.

• ⁠Professional, dynamic, and adaptable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and a positive team player.

• ⁠Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers will be an advantage
