Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer enquiries via messages and social media platforms linked to our aesthetic clinic outlets.
• Manage e-commerce interactions by assisting customers who purchase skincare products online, including packing and dropping off parcels.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including entering package and sales details.
• Handle order processing, including verifying orders, packing, and arranging delivery to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Assist with stock checks and report low stock or issues; coordinate with the warehouse when needed.
• Assist with minor video shooting tasks as required by the marketing team.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English; able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers will be an advantage
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable using social media and e-commerce platforms
• Willing to assist with light creative tasks such as video shooting
