Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle customer enquiries across multiple digital channels

  • Provide clear and accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, and order tracking

  • Support customers with online purchases, returns, exchanges, and basic after-sales matters

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and logistics to resolve issues promptly

  • Accurately document customer interactions and conduct follow-ups when required

  • Pack and label products securely to ensure items arrive in excellent condition

  • Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery

  • Perform general administrative duties related to customer service operations

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all customer communications in line with company guidelines

Requirements



  • Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline


  • Prior experience in customer service or online support is an added advantage


  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to respond clearly and professionally


  • Proficient in using digital platforms, messaging applications, and basic computer tools


  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment


  • Customer-focused with a positive, patient, and service-oriented attitude
