Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries across multiple digital channels
- Provide clear and accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, and order tracking
- Support customers with online purchases, returns, exchanges, and basic after-sales matters
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and logistics to resolve issues promptly
- Accurately document customer interactions and conduct follow-ups when required
- Pack and label products securely to ensure items arrive in excellent condition
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery
- Perform general administrative duties related to customer service operations
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all customer communications in line with company guidelines
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline
Prior experience in customer service or online support is an added advantage
Strong written communication skills with the ability to respond clearly and professionally
Proficient in using digital platforms, messaging applications, and basic computer tools
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with a positive, patient, and service-oriented attitude
