Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant (Online Support) to manage customer enquiries across our online platforms. This role focuses on providing timely and accurate responses, supporting online orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via online platforms such as website chat, e-commerce portals, WhatsApp, and social media.
Provide accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, and order status.
Assist with online orders, returns, exchanges, and basic after-sales support.
Liaise with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
Perform general administrative duties related to customer service support.
Ensure all customer communications are handled professionally and in line with company service standards.
Minimum GCE “O” Level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline.
Prior experience in customer service or online support is an advantage.
Good written communication skills and ability to respond clearly and professionally.
Comfortable using online platforms, messaging tools, and basic computer applications.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Service-oriented with a positive and patient attitude.
