Apex Tennis Academy is a growing sports club dedicated to providing professional tennis training for players of all ages and skill levels. We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and registration in both English and Chinese

• Manage class schedules, payments, and administrative tasks

• Provide excellent service to parents, students, and coaches

• Assist in academy events and daily operations

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Able to start work immediately
