We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our Singapore team and will report to the Customer Service Manager. He / She will play an instrumental role in ensuring timely and reliable deliveries while providing outstanding customer support.
Responsibilities
Manage key customers account on their requirements
Assist to provide shipments reports as and when required . Tracking of shipments from pick up to delivery and updating customers on the status of the shipment on timely basis
Possess intimate knowledge of customer needs and ability to provide solutions
Adhere to Customer Service Policies and Procedures to maximize the customers’ satisfaction in every transaction
Attend to customers’ queries via email , service desks , phone calls and visitations when required
Shipment pick up arrangement and coordination, quoting of rates, etc
Manage daily customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Interact regularly with customers to understand and respond to their needs and get feedback on the service provided
Cover front desk administrator as and when required and any absences from the team
Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer and office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with courier industry regulations and shipping documentation is an added advantage.
5.5 days; 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday) 9am – 1pm (Saturday)
