Responsibilities:

• Deliver first-level support and quality customer service via phone and email
• Build rapport with clients through calls and text messages from provided leads
• Manage appointment reminders and client follow-ups
• Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roles
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn
