We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and eager-to-learn Customer Service Executive cum Admin to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organised, and supporting day-to-day operations in a positive and fast-moving environment. What You’ll Be Doing
● Assist customers by replying to inquiries through calls, email, and other channels in a professional and helpful manner
● Support customer order processing, including checking product availability, quotations, and delivery updates
● Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
● Provide administrative support and assist with general office coordination
● Work with the retail team on order-related support, as well as the allocation of gifts and marketing materials
● Help monitor customer feedback and reviews, and support efforts to maintain a positive customer experience
Who We’re Looking For
● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
● Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce would be an advantage, but is not required
● Good communication skills, both spoken and written
● A positive attitude and willingness to learn
● Customer-focused, organised, and attentive to details
● Able to work well in a team and manage tasks in a timely manner
● Minimum Diploma in any discipline
