Work Location: Senoko Drive
Basic Salary: $2,800 – $3,200 per month
Working Days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM | Saturday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with their queries and requests related to orders and services.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Monitor and track order status to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
Requirements
• Minimum O Level or equivalent qualification; Diploma or Degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP or order management systems will be an advantage.
