Description
Our client is a logistics and supply chain solutions provider. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for CS Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders and delivery orders through electronic systems and manual entry, ensuring accuracy in product details and specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely resolution of operational issues.
Monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring accurate inventory handling and timely distribution to stores.
Maintain and update operational data, including order volumes, adjustments, delays, and delivery exceptions.
Prepare regular reports, including service performance, billing, and monthly management reports for analysis and finance review.
Perform system transactions (e.g., Post Goods Issue) and maintain proper documentation, filing, and record accuracy.
Requirements
Min Diploma in relevant field
Min 3–5 years of experience in trading, retail, or logistics operations
