Customer Service Executive
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Redhill
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3200

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by handling walk-in, phone, email, and online enquiries promptly.

• Resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Process sales orders and coordinate order fulfilment to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Prepare quotations, maintain customer records, and provide administrative support to the sales team.

• Coordinate product repairs, returns, and exchanges with internal teams and customers.

• Support e-commerce operations by managing online orders and updating product information.

• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and support promotional activities as required.

• Perform other customer service, sales administration, and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in customer service or sales administration within manufacturing industry

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
