To support our growth plans, we seek to recruit a collaborative, dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
Handles of incoming enquiries via email or phone with excellent customer service level.
Ensure all orders via email, fax and online are processed accurately and efficiently according to customer's requirements.
Provide prompt updates on delivery status to necessary stakeholders and customers.
Process sales orders, delivery orders and reward system redemptions.
Ensure that all delivery orders are processed and forwarded to necessary stakeholders for fulfilment efficiently.
Ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
Min. O level education/Professional Certificate/NITEC
Preferably 1 year related experience
Follow up all enquiries and sales order accurately and efficiently.
High customer satisfaction level
Good command of written English.
Able to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure.
Good team player with competence communication and interpersonal skills
Computer Literate.
Candidate without the relevant experience but keen to build a career in customer service are encouraged to apply as Customer Service Officer.
