Salary: Up to $3,500 (12 months contract)
Location: Serangoon North
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday (8:30am–6:00pm), Friday (8:30am–5:30pm)
Customer Care & Account Support
Support Sales Specialists in preparing customer quotations using standard templates and conducting online bidding for government accounts.
Validate Master Service Agreements (MSA) in accordance with product policies and upload documentation into the e-ordering portal.
Assist with post-sales follow-ups to track order progress and ensure accurate and timely completion of customer requests.
Process billing adjustments and revisions accurately, investigating and resolving billing discrepancies to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely and accurate bill submissions for government agencies in line with regulatory requirements.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support as required by Sales Specialists.
Reporting & Analytics
Conduct detailed analysis and reporting on mobile usage to generate insights for customers and internal operations teams.
Prepare and generate monthly reports for Sales Specialists.
Identify revenue leakage and cost-saving opportunities, recommending recovery or improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or account management preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with online portals and systems.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation, billing accuracy, and reporting tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
