Working hours: Mon – Fri 10am to 7pm
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle close logistics complaint tickets within the ticket system
Identify opportunities to improve the on-time resolution rate and accuracy rate of tickets.
Checking and align monthly compensation bills with logistics service provider.
Qualifications
Min. 2 years of working experience in FMCG / Retail industry
Degree holder in any business field
Meticulous, organised and eager to learn
Skilled in using Excel
Prior experience in e-commerce customer service or logistics service providers is a preferred advantage
