Job responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone, email, and chat professionally.

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery according to SOPs.

• Provide product information and support with strong knowledge of company offerings.

• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to address customer needs.

Requirements:

• Min O-Level

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience

• Proficient in using CRM software or customer service tools
