What’s Offered:

  • Basic Salary $2500 – $3500 (based on experience)

  • 14 Days AL + Bonus + Staff Discount

  • Working Hours: Tue to Fri, 11am-8.30pm | Sat 11am-6pm

  • Rest Days: Sunday & Monday


Operations Assistant (2 Vacancies)

  • Handle daily store operations, including picking, packing, and stock arrangement

  • Conduct stock checks and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel

  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization

  • Manage stock movement and inventory tasks

  • Support overall retail operations to ensure smooth workflow

  • Comfortable with physical tasks, including carrying loads during operational duties


Customer Service Officer (1 Vacancy)

  • Provide excellent customer service support to both walk-in and online customers

  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Prepare reports and maintain records using Microsoft Excel

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service efficiency


Requirements (for both positions):

  • Min. 2 years of experience in customer service or retail operations (experience in MLM, hotel, or hospitality industry is an advantage)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting

  • Customer service–oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers

  • Singaporean only
