What’s Offered:
Basic Salary $2500 – $3500 (based on experience)
14 Days AL + Bonus + Staff Discount
Working Hours: Tue to Fri, 11am-8.30pm | Sat 11am-6pm
Rest Days: Sunday & Monday
Operations Assistant (2 Vacancies)
Handle daily store operations, including picking, packing, and stock arrangement
Conduct stock checks and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Manage stock movement and inventory tasks
Support overall retail operations to ensure smooth workflow
Comfortable with physical tasks, including carrying loads during operational duties
Customer Service Officer (1 Vacancy)
Provide excellent customer service support to both walk-in and online customers
Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Prepare reports and maintain records using Microsoft Excel
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Requirements (for both positions):
Min. 2 years of experience in customer service or retail operations (experience in MLM, hotel, or hospitality industry is an advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
Customer service–oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers
Singaporean only
