Job Responsibilities
Handle after-sales enquiries and customer service matters for air-conditioners and home appliances.
Follow up closely on repair cases, replacement parts and service progress.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Liaise with the sales, warehouse and technical teams to ensure smooth after-sales service.
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, service cases and repair status.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are properly resolved.
Assist with warranty claims, exchanges and other after-sales matters when required.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Business Administration or related fields preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, after-sales service, e-commerce or home appliances is preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
Patient, responsible and customer-oriented.
Able to handle customer complaints and solve problems effectively.
Good follow-up skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage multiple cases at the same time.
Experience in air-conditioning or home appliance after-sales service will be an advantage.
