Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and related documentation accurately
Provide prompt, professional, and customer-oriented support via chat, email, and phone
Ensure timely processing, coordination, and fulfillment of customer orders
Liaise closely with internal departments (warehouse, repair, operations) to ensure smooth order and after-sales execution
Handle inbound and outbound return, refund, and repair cases to ensure proper resolution and case closure
Monitor response time to meet service level standards
Resolve customer feedback and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner
Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and SOPs
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
Requirements
Diploma in any relevant discipline
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e-commerce experience preferred)
Customer-focused with positive attitude and professional demeanor
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Good phone and email etiquette
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
