Job Description



Role Overview


As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll work closely with our clients to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and usage of our safety AI platform. You’ll also support our internal teams with documentation, feedback loops, and process improvements to drive client satisfaction and retention.


What You’ll Do



  • Assist in onboarding new clients to our AI safety platform


  • Support day-to-day communication with customers to resolve inquiries and ensure platform adoption


  • Prepare customer-facing documentation, training materials, and performance reports


  • Gather client feedback and coordinate with Product and Tech teams for enhancements


  • Monitor usage metrics and flag potential churn or upsell opportunities


  • Participate in safety audits, user walkthroughs, and training sessions


  • Support the Customer Success Manager in refining playbooks, SOPs, and CRM hygiene

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow-up


  • Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new platforms and tools quickly


  • Proactive, eager to learn, and takes ownership of tasks


  • Bonus: Experience with customer-facing roles, startups, or safety/industrial sectors


  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Notion
