Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively.
Manage email with timely and helpful responses, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Understand customer needs thoroughly to provide accurate information, tailored suggestions, and solutions that enhance their overall experience.
Perform key administrative tasks including managing our e-commerce portal, data entry, document processing, and meticulous record-keeping.
Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to ensure smooth end-to-end customer service operations.
Provide basic IT support and assistance to internal stakeholders, acting as a first point of contact for internal queries.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
MUST have prior customer service experience.
A self-starter who is eager to learn, can work independently, and thrives under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
A positive "can-do" attitude and a genuine team player who collaborates to achieve common goals
