Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively.

  • Manage email with timely and helpful responses, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Understand customer needs thoroughly to provide accurate information, tailored suggestions, and solutions that enhance their overall experience.

  • Perform key administrative tasks including managing our e-commerce portal, data entry, document processing, and meticulous record-keeping.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to ensure smooth end-to-end customer service operations.

  • Provide basic IT support and assistance to internal stakeholders, acting as a first point of contact for internal queries.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field.

  • MUST have prior customer service experience.

  • A self-starter who is eager to learn, can work independently, and thrives under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly.

  • A positive "can-do" attitude and a genuine team player who collaborates to achieve common goals
