Job Description

  • Respond promptly and courteously to all incoming email enquiries

  • Gather necessary information from internal teams to provide accurate responses

  • Maintain organized records of correspondence

  • Escalate complex or urgent issues to appropriate personnel as needed

  • Support the creation and updating of response templates and FAQs

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred

  • Proficiency with email platforms and basic office software

  • Ability to work independently and under time constraints

  • Singaporeans only
