Job Description
Respond promptly and courteously to all incoming email enquiries
Gather necessary information from internal teams to provide accurate responses
Maintain organized records of correspondence
Escalate complex or urgent issues to appropriate personnel as needed
Support the creation and updating of response templates and FAQs
Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
Proficiency with email platforms and basic office software
Ability to work independently and under time constraints
