Key responsibilities
Design and implement methodologies for data collection, ensuring data quality through sanity checks.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis using advanced techniques to extract insights and identify trends.
Develop and present dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to various stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to discern their analytical requirements and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics to enhance strategic insights.
Work alongside the wider product and marketing team to create digital-driven marketing plans, including content and reporting.
Manage relationships with agencies to ensure timely delivery of data reports and insights.
About you
Bachelor's Degree in eCommerce/Digital Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics.
Strong knowledge of data mining, analysis, and visualization techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, web analytics, and UX-UI tools (such as Google Analytics and Mouseflow).
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, while maintaining a balance between detail and the broader view.
A passion for innovation in the Digital/eCommerce space and a keen interest in data analysis.
