Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only, due to job nature and company requirements
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Process daily inbound and outbound documents in the WMS system
Collect, record, and organize warehouse operation data
Coordinate on-site operations and liaise with upstream & downstream departments
Supervise warehouse and logistics performance; handle exceptions with the after-sales team
Monitor attendance and efficiency data
Complete other tasks assigned by management
🎯 Job Requirements
25–35 years are preferred
Diploma or above
Must have experience working in Warehouse
Strong computer proficiency
Fluent in Chinese & English
Minimum 1 year experience using office tools
Strong data analysis, execution, learning, and communication skills
Familiar with WMS systems and proficient in office software (Excel, etc.)
