Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain data related to the mobile phone brand, including sales, inventory, market, and campaign data

• Compile, organize, and update regular business and operational reports with a high level of accuracy

• Perform data processing, basic analysis, and report preparation using Excel and other office tools

• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, e-commerce, and sales for data collection and consolidation

• Provide administrative and project support to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum ITE graduate or equivalent qualification

• Strong data handling and organizational skills, with attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

• Basic accounting or data analysis knowledge will be an advantage

• Prior experience in data processing, administrative, brand, or e-commerce roles is preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
