About the Team:
The Strategy Operations Analyst is responsible for proactively identifying and resolving cost and pricing discrepancies across the SCS business, while building and maintaining the data infrastructure that enables the Growth team to make fast, informed decisions. Openness to leveraging AI and new tools to challenge and optimize existing workflows is essential.
Job Description:
-
Cost & Pricing Management: Own end-to-end monitoring of COGS accuracy, logistics cost alignment, and BAU price setting. Identify discrepancies, diagnose root causes by navigating across the department's data tables, and drive corrective actions to completion. -
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards and tracking systems in Excel/Google Sheets from BI raw data, providing decision-ready views of orders, revenue, pricing health, and marketing efficiency. Ensure all reporting outputs are accurate, validated, and continuously improved to reduce manual effort. -
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the operational bridge between Growth, Vendor Operations, Sourcing, and Regional teams — driving alignment on deliverables, tracking milestones, removing blockers, and ensuring both reactive fixes and proactive preventive measures are implemented on schedule. -
Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Surface key trends, risks, and opportunities from data analysis and present concise, actionable recommendations to the Growth Team Lead to support business planning and prioritization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business operations, or e-commerce. Experience in a marketplace or platform environment is a plus.
- Strong data navigation instinct — able to quickly identify which data sources and tables are relevant to a given problem.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency — including complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and building automated trackers from large, semi-structured datasets.
- Strong analytical rigor with meticulous attention to data accuracy and detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable coordinating across diverse teams and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a talent for cutting through data complexity to surface what matters.
