About the role
Join our team as a Delivery Representative at LAZADA SINGAPORE and play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and the timely delivery of our products. As a Delivery Representative, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers, providing a positive experience from start to finish. This is a full-time position that allows you to be part of a dynamic and growing e-commerce company.
What you'll be doing
Collecting and loading packages from our distribution centres
Delivering packages to customers' doorsteps in a timely and efficient manner
Ensuring the safe handling and condition of all packages
Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with customers
Providing updates on delivery status and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to package delivery
What we're looking for
A valid driver's license and a good driving record
Experience in a customer-facing role or delivery/logistics industry is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures
Physical fitness to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights
