Department Manager (Merrchandising Experience) ( Ladies Fashion ) / 5 days

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising and sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets

• Manage buying budgets, inventory levels, and product assortment to optimise turnover

• Drive integration between physical stores and e-commerce platforms to enhance performance

• Analyse market trends, source new products, and negotiate with suppliers for best value

• Oversee daily operations, including cost control and team productivity

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver excellent service and exceed sales targets

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification

• Proven experience in retail operations and merchandising

• Strong analytical, negotiation, Forecasting and leadership skills

• Good communication and team management abilities

• Experience in both offline and online retail is an advantage

• Customer-focused, organised, and results-driven

• Able to work weekends and public holidays
