The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

• 
  Strategic & Financial Execution: Translate organizational objectives into actionable cluster-wide plans. You will be responsible for developing and hitting the operational and financial targets that define the cluster’s success.


• 
  Team Architecture & Mentorship : Lead the charge in recruiting, training, and mentoring FASH core-team members. Your goal is to build a self-sustaining ecosystem of high-performing teams that remain compliant and motivated.


• 
  KPI & Performance Management: Actively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). You are expected to be proactive—identifying sales or service delivery gaps early and implementing swift corrective actions to stay on track.


• 
  Strategic Liaison: Serve as the vital communication link between corporate/regional leadership and local teams, ensuring transparency and alignment in all directions.


• 
  Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead and align cross-functional teams (e.g., Programs, CMI, BI ) to ensure all departments are synchronized with the cluster’s goals.


• 
  Management Presentation: Act as the primary liaison between regional management and local teams, delivering professional management presentations that distill site performance into strategic insights.

Requirements:

• 
  Operational Leadership: 7+ years in E-commerce or Fashion branded business, with a proven ability to manage complex sellers' P&Ls and budgets.


• 
  Cross-Functional Mastery: Experience leading diverse teams across different business units to achieve a singular strategic objective.


• 
  Analytical Execution: Proficiency in tracking KPIs and using data to drive operational improvements and sales performance.


• 
  Presentation Poise: Expert at creating and delivering management-level presentations that communicate strategy and performance to senior leadership.


• 
  Strategic Diplomacy: Exceptional communication skills to navigate the space between corporate mandates and local team realities.

  Linguistic Excellence: Full professional fluency in English, capable of leading negotiations and delivering high-impact reports to global stakeholders.
