Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through phone, chat, and email communication.
Identify clients’ business needs and provide suitable advertising solutions to support their goals.
Manage a portfolio of small and medium business (SMB) clients and drive revenue growth through effective account management.
Offer pre- and post-sales support, ensuring clients have a positive experience using the advertising platform.
Provide insights, feedback, and recommendations based on client performance and campaign data.
Share success stories and best practices to inspire advertisers to achieve better results.
Stay updated on advertising products and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
Perform other related tasks as assigned to support overall business objectives.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or client servicing is preferred.
Strong time management skills with a proactive attitude to achieve and exceed targets.
Experience in business development, consultative selling, or managing client portfolios will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and listening.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Comfortable working with computers and handling multiple systems.
Strong proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required, as the role involves communication with international clients and partners.
