Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy
Create and test compelling ad creatives, headlines, and calls-to-action
Optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions, using data-driven decision making
Implement and maintain tracking with Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, etc.
Regularly analyze performance metrics and produce weekly/monthly performance reports
Requirements
1.Able to manage and lead team,cooperate with other department for relate works.
2.At least 2 years experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads (agency or in-house)
3.Strong knowledge of performance marketing KPIs (CPA, ROI, CTR, etc.)
4.Proficient in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager
5.Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and campaigns simultaneously,Analytical, detail-oriented, and ROI-focused
F6.luent in English and Mandarin for targeting Chinese-speaking markets
