Description
We are looking for a Digital Business Executive to manage and optimise the digital backend across multiple brands at Burnt Ends Hospitality Group. This role focuses on SEO, websites, eCommerce platforms, Google Business, analytics, performance reporting, and digital accuracy.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage SEO and Google Business Profiles to improve visibility and ranking.
Update and maintain website content, menus, promotions, and seasonal changes.
Manage eCommerce and marketplace platforms (WordPress/WooCommerce and delivery partners).
Ensure digital information, pricing, hours, and product details are accurate across platforms.
Pull, analyse and present weekly and monthly digital performance dashboards (Google Analytics + other platforms).
Produce weekly and monthly customer review reports and sentiment summaries across platforms.
Track sales, traffic, ranking, and boosting/paid performance with insights and recommendations.
Liaise with technical partners, web developers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve platforms.
Support Google Ads and performance campaigns with tracking and optimisation inputs.
Develop SOPs and processes for digital updates and reporting.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Venue Managers.
Job Requirements:
3–6 years experience in digital operations, eCommerce, SEO, analytics, or similar.
Strong understanding of SEO and the Google ecosystem (Business, Analytics, Search).
Comfortable with backend platforms (WordPress/WooCommerce or similar CMS/eCommerce).
Confident with data, dashboards, numbers, and reporting.
Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive.
Able to work independently and manage multiple brands.
Added Advantage:
Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-brand environments.
Familiarity with delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo).
Exposure to Google Ads or performance marketing.
UX, marketplace or basic HTML/CMS understanding.
