Responsibility & Role
The role of a Digital Commerce Executive at Casio South East Asia Pte Ltd is to ensure that customers have a positive and engaging experience when visiting and buying from our online platform. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience that aligns with G-SHOCK's brand values. It oversees day-to-day e-commerce operations, tracks and evaluates performance indicators, and implements strategies to enhance the user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Grow Online Sales Revenue: To work closely with supervisor to achieve Sales Target and simulate Monthly Sales Landing.
Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, product listings, and inventory tracking, including
Creation of Product Listing
UI/UX Implementation
Stock Management and Replenishment
Set up campaign in Magento & AEM
Upload and maintain of product information
Coordinating delivery, exchanges, returns and refunds
Check, verify and process billings and invoices from BRAND.COM customer
Monitor wed traffic, conversion rate, and sales performance metrics
Digital Platform Integration: Work closely with digital platforms team in HQ to develop initiatives that seamlessly integrate digital and immersive experiences, optimizing customer engagement through technology-driven solutions.
Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze and map the customer journey within physical retail stores, utilizing immersive experiences and retail technologies to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, and create enhanced customer experiences.
Customer Experience Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Marketing, Marketing Team and Direct Stores Team) to develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy, leveraging the latest online retail technologies and immersive experiences. Ensure alignment with global brand guidelines while considering market dynamics and customer preferences.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, technology partners, immersive experience experts, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of immersive experiences. Foster strong relationships to align strategies and maximize the potential of immersive experiences.
Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data generated by immersive experiences, customer feedback, and market research to derive insights into customer preferences, behaviour, and trends. Leverage these insights to develop specific strategies and initiatives that deliver personalized and culturally relevant customer experiences while driving operational efficiency.
Campaign planning and coordination with Planning Team, Marketing Team and Logistics Team.
Customer Enquiries and Feedback: Attend to customer enquiries via BRAND.COM. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and address any issues or concerns. They act as a liaison between customers and the company, communicating customer insights and suggestions to relevant stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce operations. Regularly monitor performance against these metrics and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate progress, impact, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager/Management
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Knowledge of web platforms like Magento and AEM
Strong data analysis skills and experience with conversion metrics. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data generated by immersive experiences to drive insights and inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks within deadlines.
