About the Role

Join a dynamic communications team supporting digital storytelling, content strategy, and audience engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating impactful digital content, managing campaigns, and working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

You will support day-to-day digital communications efforts across various digital platforms, including social media and web channels, while working closely with internal stakeholders and appointed agencies to deliver engaging and audience-centric content.

Salary: $4500 to $7500 (Depending on experience)

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Maternity cover)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital content strategies across social media and digital platforms

  • Create and review communications materials including social media content, website articles, EDMs, newsletters, and digital collaterals

  • Support digital campaign planning and execution in collaboration with creative and media agencies

  • Monitor digital performance metrics and recommend opportunities to improve audience engagement

  • Work closely with stakeholders and vendors to support communications initiatives and campaigns

  • Ensure digital content is timely, relevant, and aligned with organisational communications objectives

  • Support day-to-day content management and digital communications operations

Requirements

  • Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in digital communications, social media management, or content development

  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and content creation skills for digital platforms

  • Good understanding of social media trends and digital communications best practices

  • Good interpersonal, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills

  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience communicating public policy or national initiatives will be an advantage

  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus
