Digital Communications Manager (Contract/up to $7.6k)

My client is a statutory board regulates Singapore's energy sector, ensuring a reliable, sustainable, and efficient energy supply. It also engages the public and stakeholders to raise awareness and support national energy initiatives.

The Opportunity

• Work with Singapore Government Agency
• Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
• Working location: Pasir Panjang
• 1 Year contract
• Saalry : up to $7,600

The Talent

• Minimum 3 years in digital communications, social media, campaign management, or content creation
• Proven ability to run successful digital campaigns and grow audience engagement
• Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Experience with social media and familiarity with design/video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) is a plus

Job Description

• Support digital communications campaigns to raise public awareness and engagement on energy-related initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day content updates across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and internal communications.
• Develop and adapt digital content, including copy, visuals, and multimedia, to support campaigns.
• Coordinate digital campaigns and track performance metrics to analyze results.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
• Identify content opportunities and apply best practices to improve engagement.
