About the Role
This role focuses on internal communications, web content management, and digital campaign support. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver engaging content, manage digital platforms, and support campaign execution.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Web & Content Management
Manage and maintain SharePoint 365 intranet and microsites
Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with communication objectives
Develop and publish internal communications materials (announcements, updates, articles)
Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and disseminate messaging
Monitor and improve effectiveness of communications effortt
🔹 Digital Content & Design
Create digital assets (e.g. banners, posters, eDMs) using Adobe Creative Suite
Write, edit, and publish content across internal platforms
Support basic event photography and photo editing
🔹 Campaign & Project Support
Support execution of campaigns and events (including on-site support)
Coordinate with creative agencies and external stakeholders
Assist with planning, logistics, and troubleshooting
Maintain campaign databases and prepare performance reports
Provide ad-hoc support (research, data entry, formatting)
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing Microsoft SharePoint 365 sites
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good eye for visual layout, design, and content flow
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
A proactive team player who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Prior experience in communications, digital content, or campaign support roles
