About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and digitally savvy professional to support content quality, standards, and alignment across digital and social media platforms. This role sits at the intersection of content, governance, and digital engagement — ensuring that media concepts and scripts developed by partners are aligned with public communication objectives, national messaging themes, and platform best practices.
You will work closely with internal New Media teams and external partners to review, refine, and standardise content before production, ensuring it is clear, appropriate, engaging, and aligned with national and social communication objectives.
What You Will Do
Concept & Script Review
Conduct first-level review of concepts and scripts submitted by partners to ensure alignment with communication objectives
Identify areas requiring refinement before content proceeds to production
Compliance & Standards Check
Ensure content adheres to content standards and guidelines
Flag content that requires further assessment or revision
Content Standardisation & Editing
Perform structured content reviews focusing on clarity, tone, appropriateness, and alignment with strategic objectives
Provide constructive feedback to partners and internal teams
Digital Platform Suitability
Ensure content is appropriate for various digital and social media platforms
Advise on platform-specific considerations such as short-form, vertical video, and youth engagement formats
National Theme Incorporation
Work with partners to incorporate national themes into a portion of content deliverables
Documentation & Coordination
Maintain proper records of reviews, feedback, and decisions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth content workflow
What We Are Looking For
Experience in reviewing or creating media content in English and/or a Mother Tongue language
Strong understanding of content quality, relevance, and alignment to national and social interest objectives
Familiarity with new media formats (short-form videos, vertical videos, podcasts, youth-centric platforms)
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to identify potential content risks and provide clear, constructive feedback
Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple reviews concurrently
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
