Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Digital Marketing & E-commerce team to drive online growth
Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across paid and organic channels
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms) to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
Monitor live campaigns daily and implement timely optimizations (bidding, targeting, creatives)
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
Apply CRO best practices to improve website performance and user experience
Maintain website campaigns and ensure timely rollout of promotions
Analyze campaign data and provide performance reports with actionable insights
Streamline and improve e-commerce operations for greater efficiency
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align digital campaigns with overall business objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the retail sector
Strong hands-on expertise in paid media platforms (especially Facebook and TikTok)
Solid experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred)
Proficient in digital marketing analytics and performance tools
Skilled in Canva and CapCut
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, timeline-driven environment
