Key tasks often involve:
Operational Support & Merchandising

Product Listings: Uploading, updating, and optimizing product descriptions, images, and prices on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok or Amazon. -
Website Maintenance: Supporting CMS updates and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth functionality. -
Inventory Management: Coordinating stock levels with marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Content

Content Creation: Writing engaging content for products and scheduling social media posts. -
Campaign Support: Executing digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing and setting up promotional banners. -
SEO Optimization: Assisting with keyword research and updating metadata to improve search rankings.
Analytics & Strategy

Reporting & Analysis: Tracking KPIs, including sales data and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics to generate actionable insights. -

Required Skills & Experience
