Role Overview
Join us in shaping exceptional online shopping experiences. You'll manage and optimize our e-commerce websites, combining Shopify, HTML/CSS, UI/UX, and data-driven insights to enhance customer journeys, support product launches, and improve online conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management: Own site updates, product launches, and front-end maintenance for all our websites.
Technical Execution: Use HTML/CSS skills to implement functional requirements, site enhancements, and layout changes.
UX & Conversion: Analyze user behaviour (e.g., heatmaps, conversion metrics, A/B testing) to improve navigation and user experience.
Design & Content: Conceptualize and design creative graphics, wireframes, and digital collateral that align with our brand and conversion goals.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular competitor checks and trend analysis to ensure our platforms remain industry-leading.
SEO & Website Performance: Collaborate with SEO agency to implement and maintain technical SEO, including metadata, schema, canonical tags, hreflang, and internal linking. (basic understanding of SEO best practices)
Requirements
Min. 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, e-commerce, or a similar digital capacity.
Hands-on experience with Shopify (e.g., themes, basic Liquid, meta fields, and app integrations).
Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS (HTML5 preferred) for managing front-end website requirements.
Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and UI/UX design tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate site data into actionable improvements.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder updates
