We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Digital & Growth Manager to help scale our digital acquisition and growth strategy.
Role Overview
The Digital & Growth Manager will be responsible for driving digital marketing performance, lead generation, and growth initiatives across multiple online channels.
This role focuses on optimising digital campaigns, improving marketing funnels, and increasing conversion rates to support both individual learners (B2C) and corporate training (B2B).
You will work closely with the sales, admissions, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive learner acquisition
Identify and scale high-performing marketing channels
Optimise campaigns to maximise return on marketing investment
Performance Marketing
Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across platforms such as:
Google Ads
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
Improve lead quality while reducing cost per acquisition.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation
Manage the end-to-end digital lead generation funnel
Improve landing page conversion rates
Work closely with sales and admissions teams to improve lead-to-enrolment conversions
Marketing Analytics
Monitor campaign performance and marketing ROI
Analyse data to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and growth metrics
B2B Lead Generation
Support corporate training lead generation through digital campaigns
Develop targeted campaigns for enterprise clients and partnerships
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
Strong experience managing paid digital campaigns
Experience in lead generation and conversion optimisation
Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-focused environment
Preferred experience:
Education or EdTech industry
High-growth startups or performance-driven marketing teams
